综合管廊与地下基础设施一体化建设现状及技术要点研究*

[摘要]为推动地下空间的加速发展和集约利用,国家及地方各级政府均发布了一系列政策和标准规范。综合管廊与其他基础设施的一体化建设成为地下空间集约利用的一种重要模式。目前,涉及到综合管廊与其他基础设施一体化建设的研究成果较少。首先分析了目前我国综合管廊建设的整体情况,分别介绍了管廊与轨道交通、地下道路、地下商业设施、防洪排涝和海绵城市等设施进行一体化建设的典型案例,提出管廊与不同设施一体化建设的技术要点。

Research on current status and key techniques about integrated construction of  utility tunnel and underground infrastructure

Abstract:In order to facilitate the accelerated development and intensified utilization of underground space, the national and local governments issued a series of policies and standards. The integrated construction of utility tunnel and other infrastructure has become one of the important ways of underground space intensive utilization. At present, there are few research achievements concerning the integrated construction of utility tunnel and other infrastructure. Firstly, the current construction situation of utility tunnel was analyzed. Secondly, several typical cases of integrated construction of the utility tunnel with infrastructures including rail transit, underground roads, underground commercial facilities, flood control and drainage, and sponge city were introduced. Technical details were proposed for integrated construction of the utility tunnel with other infrastructures.
