无筋钢纤维混凝土压弯梁裂缝发展研究

[摘要]对无筋钢纤维混凝土进行轴压试验、残余弯拉强度试验和压弯梁受力性能试验。力学性能试验结果表明,无筋钢纤维混凝土的抗压、抗拉强度均高于不掺入钢纤维的混凝土。对无筋钢纤维混凝土压弯梁的裂缝随荷载变化的发展规律进行了分析。结果表明,偏心距是影响其裂缝发展的一个重要影响因素,偏心距适用范围为0~0.15m。最后,基于平截面假定和复合材料理论,提出了无筋钢纤维混凝土压弯梁极限状态下的裂缝高度计算公式,并对比试验结果验证了其公式的准确性。

Research on crack development of unreinforced steel fiber concrete compression-bending beam

Abstract:The unreinforced steel fiber concrete has been subjected to axial compression test, residual bending tensile strength test and compression-bending beam performance test. The mechanical performance test results show that its compressive and tensile strength of unreinforced steel fiber concrete are higher than that of concrete without steel fiber. The development law of cracks in unreinforced steel fiber concrete compression-bending beams with load was analyzed. The results show that the eccentricity is an important factor affecting the development of the cracks, and the applicable range of eccentricity is 0~0.15m. Finally, based on the theory of flat cross-section false and composite materials, a formula for calculating the crack height of unreinforced steel fiber concrete compression-bending beams under the limit state was proposed, and the accuracy of the formula was verified by comparing the test results.
