工业内窥镜技术现场检测灌浆套筒施工质量的方法研究*

[摘要]在装配式混凝土结构中,竖向受力构件连接是保证结构质量的关键,其主要的连接方式是灌浆套筒连接。采用取出实体剖开检测的方法分析了灌浆套筒施工的主要质量问题。提出了采用工业内窥镜技术检测套筒施工质量的方法,并通过某实际工程验证灌浆套筒中锚固钢筋长度和灌浆饱满度。结果表明,采用工业内窥镜技术可以很好地检测灌浆套筒中锚固钢筋长度和灌浆饱满度。

Study on construction quality method of grouting sleeve inspected by industrial endoscope  technology on site

Abstract:In the precast concrete structure, the connection of vertical force-bearing members is the key to ensure the quality of the structure. Grouting sleeve connection is the main connection mode. The main quality problems of the grouting sleeve construction were analyzed by using split detection method. The method of using industrial endoscope technology to detect the quality of sleeve construction was proposed, and the reinforcement anchorage length in the grouting sleeve and grouting fullness were verified by an actual project. The results show that industrial endoscope technology was used to well detect the reinforcement anchorage length in the grouting sleeve and grouting fullness.
