考虑水泥浆涂层影响的钢筋半灌浆钢制套筒连接性能试验研究*

摘 要

[摘要]为研究水泥浆涂层对钢筋套筒灌浆连接性能的影响,设计制作了18个试件,通过单向拉伸试验研究其破坏形式、承载能力、应变分布等受力性能。结果表明:试件破坏形式受水泥浆涂层比率的影响较小,均发生钢筋断裂和颈缩破坏;多数试件中连接钢筋的极限强度略大于材性试验中钢筋的极限强度; 随着水泥浆涂层比率的增大,灌浆料与钢筋间的握裹作用降低,多数试件的屈服位移和极限位移整体呈增大趋势; 试件纵向均受拉,拉应变由出浆口所在截面位置向灌浆端逐渐减小,试件环向主要受压。试件纵向与环向峰值应变主要集中在出浆口附近,出浆口所在位置为套筒最危险位置。随着水泥浆涂层比率的增大,试件纵向与环向应变数值逐渐接近应变零线。所有试件残余变形均小于0.1mm,最大力下试件总伸长率均大于6%,满足《钢筋机械连接技术规程》(JGJ 107—2016)中Ι级接头的强度和变形性能。

Experimental study on connection performance of rebar semi-grouted steel sleeve considering the influence of cement slurry coating

Abstract:In order to study the effect of cement slurry coating on the connection performance of rebar sleeve grouting, 18 specimens were designed and fabricated, and their failure modes, bearing capacity, strain distribution and other mechanical properties were studied through uniaxial tensile tests. The results show that the failure mode of the specimen is less affected by the ratio of cement slurry coating, and both steel bars fracture and necking failure occur; The ultimate strength of the connecting rebars in most specimens is slightly greater than the ultimate strength of the rebars in the material property test; with the increase of the cement slurry coating ratio, the binding effect between the grouting material and the rebar decreases, and the yield displacement and ultimate displacement of most specimens show an overall increasing trend; the specimens are under tension in the longitudinal direction, and the tensile strain gradually decreases from the cross-sectional position of the grout outlet to the grouting end, and the specimens are mainly compressed in the circumferential direction. The longitudinal and circumferential peak strains of the specimen were mainly concentrated near the pulp outlet, and the position of the pulp outlet was the most dangerous position of the sleeve. With the increase of the cement slurry coating ratio, the longitudinal and circumferential strain values of the specimens gradually approached the zero line of strain. The residual deformation of all specimens was less than 0.1mm, and the total elongation of the specimens under the maximum force was greater than 6%, which met the strength and deformation performance of Class I joints in  Technical specification for mechanical splicing of steel reinforcing bars (JGJ 107—2016).
