夹心复合外挂墙板与钢框架点式连接节点的静力性能试验研究*

[摘要]针对夹心复合外挂墙板与钢框架的连接节点,分析下节点可能承受的荷载组合方式,并通过抗拉、抗压、抗剪试验,研究墙板下节点的破坏形态和承载性能。试验结果表明,下节点承载能力主要受垫板和螺栓影响较大。通过与实际工程中相同尺寸墙板节点的极限承载力计算值对比可知,此类墙板节点能满足工程需要。最后,采用软件ABAQUS近一步考察了下节点的受力性能。研究结果可为类似外挂墙板的节点优化提供参考。

Experimental study on static behavior of point-jointed joints of sandwich composite external wall panels and steel frames

Abstract:For the connection joints between the sandwich composite external wall panel and the steel frame, the load combination mode that the lower joints may bear was analyzed, and the failure mode and bearing performance of the lower joints of the wall panel were studied through tensile, compressive and shear tests. The test results show that the bearing capacity of the lower joints is mainly affected by the backing plate and bolts. By comparing with the calculation value of the ultimate bearing capacity of the same size wall panel joints in the actual project, it can be known that this kind of wall panel joints can meet the needs of the project. Finally, the software ABAQUS was used to investigate the force performance of the lower joints. The research results can provide reference for the optimization of joints similar to external wall panels.
