印尼某燃煤发电厂软土地基处理效果评估*

摘 要

[摘要]简要介绍了真空-堆载联合预压法处理软土地基的原理。对印尼某燃煤发电厂A1-1区域的地表沉降、分层沉降、膜下真空度及孔隙水压力等现场实测数据及检测资料进行分析。采用分层总和法计算使用荷载作用下A1-1区域室外地面、道路及循环水管道的工后沉降。分析表明,预压结束时A1-1区域的平均固结度小于70%,处理后地基承载力特征值为70kPa,十字板抗剪强度标准值为22.3kPa;使用荷载作用下A1-1区域室外地面及道路的工后沉降为383.6mm,埋深较浅的循环水管道工后沉降为382mm。地基处理效果未能达到设计要求,分析原因并给出相关处理建议。采用所提的建议后,本项目已顺利建成并投产使用。

Evaluation on treatment effect of soft soil foundation of a coal-fired power plant in Indonesia

Abstract:The principle of vacuum combined with surcharge preloading method for soft soil foundation treatment was briefly introduced. The field monitoring data and measured data in the A1-1 area of a coal-fired power plant in Indonesia were analyzed, such as ground surface settlement, layered settlement, vacuum degree under the membrane, and pore water pressure. The layer-wise summation method was used to calculate the post-construction settlement of the outdoor ground, the road and circulating water pipeline in the A1-1 area under service load. The analysis shows that after soft soil foundation treatment, the average consolidation degree of A1-1 area is lower than 70% and the characteristic value of foundation bearing capacity is 70kPa and the shear strength standard value of cross plate is 22.3kPa. The  post-construction settlement of the outdoor ground and the road are 383.6mm and the post-construction settlement of the shallow buried circulating water pipeline is 382mm in the A1-1 area under service loads. The foundation treatment effect is below design requirements, and the reasons were analyzed and relevant treatment suggestions were given. After adopting the suggestions, the project has been successfully completed and put into production.
