剪切型消能梁段超强系数的影响因素及规律分析*

[摘要]基于已有试验结果,详细分析影响不同长度比剪切型消能梁段超强系数的主要因素。设计多组考虑腹板强屈比、加劲肋间距比、翼腹比、翼缘与腹板强度比和跨高比等因素的模型,并采用校正的有限元分析方法详细研究各因素对超强系数的影响规律。结果表明:对短剪切型消能梁段,腹板会发生全截面受剪屈服,翼腹比可有效增大子框架的承载力,翼缘与腹板强度比和跨高比对其超强系数无明显影响; 对普通剪切型消能梁段,端部翼缘的屈曲使腹板仅部分截面受剪屈服,且增大翼腹比、翼缘与腹板强度比和跨高比可明显提高其超强系数。另外,加劲肋间距比对不同长度剪切型消能梁段的超强系数均有明显影响。

Analysis on influence factors and change rules of  overstrength coefficient for shear links

Abstract:Based on the existing test results, the main factors influencing the overstrength coefficient of shear links with different length ratios were analyzed in detail. Several sets of models were designed considering the web ultimate to yield shear strength ratio, length to stiffener spacing ratio, flange to web area ratio, flange to web strength ratio, and length to depth ratio, and the influence law of each factor on the overstrength coefficient was studied in detail by the corrected finite element analysis method. The results show that for short shear links, the web undergoes full sectional shear yielding, and the flange to web area ratio can effectively increase the load capacity of the sub-frame, while the flange to web strength ratio and length to depth ratio have no significant influence on the overstrength coefficient; for the normal shear links, the buckling of the end flange makes the web can′t be fully yielded in shear, and the increase of the flange to web area ratio, flange to web strength ratio and length to depth ratio can significantly increase the overstrength coefficient. In addition, the length to stiffener spacing ratio has a significant effect on the overstrength coefficient of different lengths of the shear links.
