框架+支撑结构在车辆段上盖住宅开发工程中的应用与研究

[摘要]简述了车辆段上盖开发项目的工程概况,指出目前对于抗震8度区车辆段上盖小高层住宅开发项目较多采用层间隔震结构的现状。通过北京地铁16号线榆树庄停车场项目的结构对比计算,以及已建北安河车辆段的经济对比分析,结果表明此类项目采用层间隔震结构与采用框架+支撑结构是各有利弊的。通过6度区杭州仁河车辆段项目简述了框架+支撑结构相对层间隔震结构具有更广的应用范围。最后,总结了框架+支撑结构车辆段上盖住宅开发项目的结构选型,并针对小高层住宅开发项目总结了主要设计要点及优化思路,给予类似工程设计一定的启迪与借鉴。

Application and research on  frame+support structure for metro depot upper-cover residential development project

Abstract:The project overview of the metro depot upper-cover development project was briefly described, and the current situation that the interlayer seismic isolation structure was mostly used in the metro depot upper-cover development of small high-rise residential buildings in the area with 8 degree of seismic fortification intensity was introduced.Through the structural calculation of Yushuzhuang parking lot project of Beijing Metro Line 16 and the economic comparison with already-built Bei′anhe Metro Depot, the results showed that there are both advantages and disadvantages between the use of interlayer isolation structure and the use of frame+support structure in such projects. Through the analysis of Hangzhou Renhe Metro Depot project in the 6 degree of seismic fortification intensity, the wide application range of the frame+support structure compared to the interlayer isolation structure was briefly described. Finally, the structural type selection of the residential development project above the metro depot of the frame+support structure was summarized, and the main design points and optimization ideas for the small high-rise residential development project were summarized, which can give  certain inspiration and reference to similar engineering designs.
