某精神教育基地综合楼结构设计与分析

[摘要]综合楼是某精神教育基地的标志性建筑,具有体型复杂、功能多样且平面布置不规则的特点,部分列柱及屋盖顶板底部要求清水混凝土效果,介绍了结构设计中的难点。基于整体计算分析的结果,给出了主体结构体系的优化设计过程,并详细分析了两种屋盖结构方案的优缺点。针对大跨度梁和长悬挑梁结构设计、空心屋盖芯膜抗浮问题以及外檐建筑造型构件设计提出了相应的解决办法,同时也给出了超长结构的处理措施和膨胀土场地的地基处理方法。

Structural design and analysis on complex building of a spiritual education base

Abstract:The complex building is a symbolic building of a spiritual education base. It has the features of complex shape, various functions, and irregular layout. Some columns and the bottom of  roof ceilings require clear concrete effects. The difficulties in structural design were introduced. Based on the results of the overall calculation analysis, the optimization design process of the main structural system was given, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two roof structure solutions were analyzed in detail. Aiming at the structural design of large-span beam and long cantilever beam, the anti-floating problem of mandrel about hollow roof and the design of the formation in building cornice, the corresponding solutions had also been proposed. At the same time, the treatment measures method for overlong structures and expansive soil sites were also given.
