中风化岩超深基坑“两墙合一”地下连续墙设计研究与实践*

[摘要]湖南旺旺医院医疗大楼扩建工程基坑面积约10 000m2,基坑开挖深度32.10m,工程地处高水位中风化岩,周边环境条件复杂; 没有现成的工程经验可以借鉴,采用全逆作法的设计和施工都遇到了全新的挑战。工程采用超深基坑全逆作法设计体系,基坑围护体系采用“两墙合一”的地下连续墙。基于工程地质条件和现行规范并借鉴类似工程实践经验,主要针对超深基坑逆作法“两墙合一”的地下连续墙进行设计,包括地下连续墙的厚度和插入深度、槽段接头和成槽方法以及防水节点的设计。工程实施结果表明,“两墙合一”地下连续墙所采取的设计方案和一系列针对性的技术措施是可行的,且能够满足相关规范要求。

Design  research and practice of  “one wall acted as two” for underground diaphragm wall in super-deep foundation pit on moderately weathered rock

Abstract:The foundation pit area of the expansion project of Hunan Wangwang hospital medical building is about 10 000m2, and the excavation depth of the foundation pit is 32-10m. The project is located in the moderately weathered rock with high water level, and the surrounding environmental conditions are complex. The design and construction of the full reverse method are facing new challenges without available engineering experience. The design system of full reverse method for super-deep foundation pit was adopted for the project, and “one wall acted as two” for underground diaphragm wall  was used as the foundation pit support system. Based on the engineering geological conditions and specifications of the existing codes, and the experience of similar engineering practice, the underground continuous wall with super deep foundation pit  the reverse method of  “one wall acted as two” was mainly designed, including the thickness and insertion depth of the underground continuous wall, the joint and forming method of the groove section, and the design of the waterproof joint. The project construction results show that the design scheme and a series of technical measures adopted by the “one wall acted as two” for underground diaphragm wall are feasible and can meet the relevant codes.
