新兴工业园服务中心装配式结构设计*

[摘要]新兴工业园服务中心是西部首例装配式高层公共建筑,装配率达到了国家AA级标准,采用装配整体式框架-现浇核心筒结构体系。首先介绍了该项目少规格多组合的建筑平、立面标准化设计的思路; 然后从设计、构件制作、安装角度详细分析了竖向构件和楼盖的多种布置方案的优劣; 并结合“十三五”国家重点研发计划成果,着重介绍了框架节点、楼盖节点和外墙挂板节点的设计细节,可为同类项目提供参考和借鉴。

Assembly structural design of Emerging Industrial Park Service Center

Abstract:The Emerging Industrial Park Service Center is the first assembled high-rise public building in the Western China, with prefabrication ratio meeting national AA standard. It adopts the assembled integral frame-cast-in-situ core tube structural system. First of all, the idea about standardized design of the plane and fa-ade of the building was introduced featuring less specifications and multiple combinations; then the advantages and disadvantages of various layout schemes of vertical members and floors were analyzed from the perspectives of design, component fabrication and installation; combined with the results of the 13th Five-Year National Key R&D Plan, the details of design the frame joints, slab joints and fa-ade panel joints were introduced, providing reference for similar projects.
