装配式钢-混凝土组合管剪力墙抗震性能试验与承载力计算*

[摘要]为研究装配式钢-混凝土组合管(SRCT)剪力墙的抗震性能与承载能力,完成了4个足尺SRCT剪力墙试件和1个足尺钢筋混凝土(RC)剪力墙试件在水平荷载作用下的拟静力试验,对其破坏形态、滞回曲线、刚度和承载能力等进行了分析。结果表明:SRCT剪力墙具有较大的刚度和承载能力,滞回曲线饱满,表现出良好的抗震性能; 与RC剪力墙相比,SRCT剪力墙墙肢上裂缝较少,墙肢根部混凝土破坏程度较低; SRCT剪力墙的破坏形态随钢板厚度的增大由U形钢和钢板屈服断裂转变为焊缝破坏,工厂制作时需保证薄钢板与U形钢和法兰的焊接质量,避免焊缝破坏的发生; 建立了SRCT剪力墙承载力计算模型,推导了SRCT剪力墙的初始刚度和承载力计算表达式,理论计算结果与实测结果符合较好。

Seismic performance test and bearing capacity calculation of precast SRC composite tube shear wall

Abstract:In order to study the seismic behavior and bearing capacity of precast SRC composite tube (SRCT) shear wall, quasi-static tests under horizontal load of four full-scale SRCT shear wall specimens and one full-scale reinforced concrete (RC) shear wall specimen were carried out. The failure mode, hysteretic curves, stiffness and bear capacity of specimens were analyzed. The test results indicate that SRCT shear wall behaves much better in stiffness and bearing capacity. SRCT shear wall with plumper hysteretic curves shows great seismic behavior. Compared with RC shear wall, SRCT shear wall has fewer cracks on the upper part of walls and less broken concrete at the bottom of wall. With the increase of the thickness of steel plates, the  failure modes change from local buckling and fracture of U-shaped steel plates and steel plates into fracture of welds. During application the welding quality of thin steel plate with U-shaped steel and the flange must be ensured to avoid fracture of welds. By establishing the calculation model of SRCT shear wall, the calculation formulas of the initial stiffness and bearing capacity of SRCT shear wall are presented. The theoretical results of initial stiffness and bearing capacity of SRCT shear wall fitted well with the test results.
