[摘要]青岛环球金融中心3#塔楼屋面高度164.5m,为超B级高度超高层结构,塔楼平面形状呈Z字形,属于角部重叠的平面不规则类型。塔楼底层局部两片剪力墙不落地,采用局部转换。通过合理选取结构布置、加大薄弱部位楼板厚度,使角部重叠区的结构抗震性能达到最优。设计中采用延性较好的型钢结构,通过提高底层转换构件的性能目标,使连梁在罕遇地震作用下充分发挥了耗能作用,主要结构构件均未发生塑性损伤。

Structural design of a Z-shaped plane super high-rise building of Qingdao World Financial Center

Abstract:The roof height of Tower 3 of Qingdao World Financial Center is 164.5m, which exceeds B-grade height requirement of the code. The plane shape of the tower is Z-shaped, which belongs to the irregular type with overlapping corners. Two shear walls at the bottom floor of the tower are not landed, and adopt local conversion. By selecting a reasonable structural layout and increasing the thickness of the weak part, the seismic performance of the structure in the corner of the overlap area can reach the optimal. The center adopts the steel structure with the better ductility in the design. By improving the performance target of the bottom conversion components, the coupling beam could fully play a role of energy dissipation under the rare earthquake action, and the main structural components does not have the plastic damage.
