[摘要]月坛金融中心由5栋高层塔楼、1栋体育训练馆及商业裙房组成。5栋塔楼地上18~23层,采用钢梁矩形钢管混凝土柱框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系。体育训练馆地上1层,裙房地上4层。整个建筑物地下部分连成一体,共5层,置于同一个筏形基础上,基底埋深约27m。高层塔楼与低层裙楼、高层塔楼与纯地下车库之间的荷载差异大,沉降控制难度大。此外,本项目还存在地下水位高,抗浮设防水位的基底水头达21m,抗浮设计有一定难度。介绍了结构基本情况、地基基础设计、沉降分析以及抗浮设计,特别是多个高层塔楼、多层裙房和纯地下室连成一体且基础不设永久沉降缝时的设计理念、设计过程和沉降观测数据分析,以期对类似项目的基础设计和沉降控制提供参考。

Design on structure and foundation of Yuetan Financial Center

Abstract:Yuetan Financial Center consists of 5 high-rise towers,1 sports training hall and a commercial podium. The 5 towers have 18 to 23 floors above the ground, and mixed structural system composed of steel beam rectangular concrete-filled steel tube column frame and reinforced concrete core tube was adopted. The sports training hall has one floor above the ground and the podium has four floors above the ground. The underground part of the whole building is connected into a whole, a total of 5 floors, placed on the same raft-shaped foundation with a depth of 27m below the ground. The load difference between high-rise towers and multi-story podium, high-rise towers and pure underground garage is large, and therefore the settlement control is difficult. In addition, due to the high groundwater level in the project, the base water head of the anti-floating waterproof level reaches 21m, which makes anti-floating design be difficult. The design process including the structure information, foundation design, settlement analysis and anti-floating design, especially the design concept that multiple high-rise towers, multi-story podium and pure basement are connected into a whole without any permanent settlement joints, and as well as analysis on the settlement observation data were introduced, so as to provide reference for foundation design and settlement control of similar projects.
