青岛机场塔台结构设计

[摘要]青岛机场塔台采用了混凝土核心筒+菱形网格钢外网筒的结构形式。在设计中利用犀牛Grasshopper参数化建模,考察了钢外网筒划分密度对结构受力性能的影响。分析表明,杆件尺寸不变的前提下,网格划分造成的杆件与水平面夹角越大,结构层间位移角越小;  但角度过大后,则层间位移角的减小不太明显,同时会带来用钢量和施工难度的加大。综合考虑建筑美观和结构受力性能等因素后,采取了钢外网筒水平向划分22等份,竖向划分4等份,并在钢外网筒底部部分杆件内灌注混凝土的设计方案。在结构顶部设置TMD,模拟并分析了考虑TMD作用后结构的风致振动响应,以控制结构位移为目的进行了TMD的参数设计及优化,有限元计算结果显示TMD对该结构的风致振动响应控制效果良好。钢外网筒环梁与外网之间脱开一定距离,二者不在一个曲面内,采用将环梁翼缘扩大,与外网焊接连接的节点形式,既保证了受力需求,也满足了建筑效果。

Structural design of  Qingdao Airport control tower

Abstract:Qingdao Airport control tower adopts the structural form of concrete corewall+outer steel grid tube with diamond-shaped grid. By employing parametric modeling with Rhino Grasshopper, the influence of the partition density of outer steel grid tube on the mechanical properties of the structure was investigated. The analysis shows that for different mesh generation,with the cross section of the grid members fixed, the larger the angle between steel members and the horizontal plane is, the smaller the inter story displacement angle is; however, if the angle is too large, the decrease of inter story displacement angle is not obvious, which will increase the steel consumption and construction difficulty. After considering the factors of architectural beauty and structural mechanical performance, the design scheme of dividing the steel outer grid tube into 22 equal parts horizontally and 4 equal parts vertically was adopted, and the concrete was poured into the bottom part of the steel outer grid tube. TMD was set on the top of the structure to simulate and analyze the wind-induced vibration response of the structure after considering the effect of TMD. The parameters of TMD were designed and optimized for the purpose of controlling the structural displacement. The results of finite element calculation show that the control effect of TMD on the wind-induced vibration response of the structure is good. There was a certain distance between the steel outer grid tube ring beam and the outer grid, and the two were not in the same curved surface. The joint form of expanding the ring beam flange and welding with the outer grid was adopted, which not only ensured the mechanical demand, but also met the architectural effect.
