安邦财险深圳总部大厦C-12塔楼结构设计

[摘要]安邦财险深圳总部大厦C-12塔楼结构高度249.2m,属于超B级高度的高层建筑。塔楼结构采用钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系,平面呈椭圆形,立面呈收腰体型。由于用地红线的限制,外框结构在1~3层楼板收进,弧线长度近58m跨度范围内的竖向构件不能落地。介绍了塔楼的结构特点和竖向构件不连续、高位转换等超限情况,对结构进行了多遇地震下的反应谱计算分析、罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析,同时采用ABAQUS软件对斜柱节点进行了应力分析。结果表明,结构和节点应力均可以满足设计要求,通过采取设置转换桁架等加强措施,结构可以满足预定的抗震性能目标。

Structural design of C-12 tower  of Anbang Property & Casualty Insurance Shenzhen Headquarters Building

Abstract:The C-12 tower  of Anbang Property & Casualty Insurance Shenzhen Headquarters Building has structural height of  249.2m, which is a  high-rise building exceeding B-level height requirement of the code. The tower structure adopts the structural system of concrete filled steel tube frame-reinforced concrete core tube, the structural plane is oval, and the elevation is waist-shaped. Due to the limitation of the red line of land use, the outer frame structure is retracted in the 1st~3rd floor slabs, and the vertical members within the span of 58m arc length cannot fall to the ground. The structural characteristics of the tower  were introduced as well as the out-of-code conditions of vertical component discontinuity and high-level conversion. The response spectrum calculation and analysis under frequent earthquakes and elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes were conducted. At the same time, ABAQUS software was used to analyze the stress of the diagonal column joints. The results show that the structure and joints stress can meet the design requirements, and the structure can meet the predetermined seismic performance goals by adopting strengthening measures such as setting conversion trusses.
