[摘要]苏地2014-G-70号地块超高层塔楼高度419.7m,由于其独特的对称几何“钻石”造型,采用平面和竖向双混合的结构体系,即低区结构体系为巨柱+钢筋混凝土核心筒,高区结构体系为巨柱+钢框架-支撑体系。对本工程主要的结构设计特点进行了阐述,介绍了其抗震超限设计的主要措施;设计中对加强层数量和位置进行研究,优化了结构方案;对外框斜柱变斜率处节点进行有限元分析,保证了关键构件的安全;通过整体弹性屈曲分析和大震弹塑性稳定分析来保证外框巨柱的整体稳定。结果表明,结构可满足预定的抗震性能目标。

Structural analysis and design of a super high-rise tower in Suzhou

Abstract:The height of the super high-rise tower in Sudi Block 2014-G-70 is 419.7m. Due to its unique symmetrical geometric “diamond” shape, the super high-rise tower adopts double-mixed structural system of plane and vertical, that is, the structural system in the low areas is giant columns +reinforced concrete core tube, and the structural system in the high areas is giant column+ steel frame-support system. The main structural design features of the project were described, and the main measures of its seismic overrun design were introduced. In the design, the number and location of strengthening layers were studied to optimize the structural scheme. The finite element analysis of the node at the slope changing position of the outer frame inclined column was carried out to ensure the safety of the key components, and the overall stability of the outer frame giant column was ensured by the overall elastic buckling analysis and the elastic-plastic stability analysis of large earthquakes. The analysis results show that the structure can meet the anticipated seismic performance target.
