核心筒偏置高层建筑结构受力特点及设计对策

[摘要]随着高层建筑的大量兴建和设计建造技术的不断发展,核心筒偏离结构平面中心的高层建筑结构也越来越多。采用数值分析的方法研究了竖向荷载下和大震作用下,核心筒偏置对结构整体受力性能、破坏模式以及构件内力的影响,总结了核心筒偏置结构的受力特点:在竖向荷载作用下,结构楼层受到附加倾覆力矩的作用,结构将产生一定的整体弯曲变形,核心筒偏置相关位置的柱与墙肢轴力也会有所增加。针对这些特点,从结构与构件两个层面给出了相应的设计对策。

Structural force characteristics and design countermeasures of high-rise buildings with core tube offset

Abstract:With the massive construction of high-rise buildings and the continuous development of design and construction technology, there are more and more high-rise building structures with core tubes deviating from the center of the structural plane. The method of numerical analysis was used to study the influence of the core tube offset on the overall mechanical performance, failure mode and component internal force of the structure under the vertical load and the action of large earthquakes. The force characteristics of the core tube offset structure were summarized: Under the action of vertical load, the structure floor will be subjected to the additional overturning moment, the structure will produce a certain overall bending deformation, and the axial force of the columns and wall limbs at the relevant position of the core tube offset will also increase. In view of these characteristics, corresponding design countermeasures were given from two levels of structure and component.
