[摘要]针对铝合金单层网壳结构,采用有限元分析方法研究了外荷载作用下屋面板的受力模式、应力构成以及蒙皮效应对网壳整体稳定性和经济性的影响。研究表明:屋面板在提供蒙皮效应作用时处于低应力状态且以受拉为主; 考虑蒙皮效应后铝合金单层网壳的整体稳定极限承载力可提高5%~28%,提高幅度随矢跨比的增大而增大,随跨度的增加而减小; 具体案例分析表明,考虑蒙皮效应后主结构构件的材料用量可减少7%~10%。

Research on the diaphragm effect of roof panel of aluminum alloy single-layer reticulated shell

Abstract:Aiming at aluminum alloy single-layer reticulated shell structure, the influences of the bearing mode, stress composition and diaphragm effect of the roof panel under external load on the overall stability and economy of the reticulated shell were studied by using finite element analysis method. The results show that the roof panel is in a low stress state and mainly under tension when providing diaphragm effect; the overall stability ultimate bearing capacity of aluminum alloy single-layer reticulated shell can be increased by 5%~28% after considering the diaphragm effect, and the increase range increases with the increase of rise span ratio and decreases with the increase of span; the specific cases study shows that the material consumption of main structural members can be reduced by 7%~10% after considering diaphragm effect.
