风速风向对风机塔筒结构动力响应和疲劳寿命的影响*

[摘要]基于气象站的观测数据,推导得到某1.25MW风机位置处的风速风向联合分布函数,对风机塔筒结构的风致响应和疲劳寿命进行计算,将计算结果与现场实测结果进行对比,系统研究了风速风向对风机塔筒结构动力响应和疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:风向对顺风向和横风向位移响应的影响规律不一致,且风向对塔筒结构的疲劳累积损伤影响较大,在风向出现概率较大的区间产生的疲劳累积损伤较大。与考虑风向角下得到的疲劳寿命相比,不考虑风向角影响的疲劳寿命偏小。为了兼顾风机结构设计的可靠性和经济性要求,需考虑风向对风机塔筒结构疲劳寿命的影响。

Influence of wind speed and wind direction on the dynamic response and fatigue life of wind turbine tower-silo structures

Abstract:Based on the observation datum of the weather station, the joint distribution function of wind speed and wind direction at the site of a 1.25MW wind turbine was derived, and the wind-induced response and fatigue life of the wind turbine tower-silo structure were calculated. The calculated results were compared with the actual measured results, and influence of wind speed and wind direction on the dynamic response and fatigue life of wind turbine tower-silo structure was systematically studied. The results indicate that the influence of wind direction on the displacement response of along-wind direction and cross-wind direction is inconsistent, wind direction has great influence on fatigue cumulative damage, and the greater fatigue cumulative damage occurs in the interval where the larger probability of wind direction appears. Compared with the fatigue life obtained by considering  wind direction, the fatigue life without considering the influence of wind direction is smaller. In order to consider the reliability and economic requirements of wind turbine structural design, it is necessary to consider the influence of wind direction on the fatigue life of wind turbine tower-silo structures.
