输电线路PHC管桩单桩及群桩水平承载性能试验*

[摘要]依托淮南—南京—上海1 000kV交流特高压输电线路工程建设,选择淮南典型黏土地基,开展了3个带承台PHC管桩单桩、2×2和3×3两种布置方式下的5个PHC管桩群桩现场试验,分析了水平力作用下PHC管桩单桩及群桩基础的荷载位移曲线特征,并基于试验得到的基础水平承载力特征值,进一步分析了PHC管桩单桩及群桩水平力承载性能。结果表明:水平力作用下PHC管桩单桩及群桩的荷载-位移曲线均呈“缓变型”变化规律,可将6mm水平位移所对应水平承载力的75%作为基础水平承载力特征值;  基于单桩和群桩基础水平承载力特征值计算得到PHC管桩群桩效应系数为0.98,群桩基础水平承载性能良好;  增大PHC管桩群桩的桩间距、扩大承台尺寸可显著提高PHC管桩群桩基础水平承载性能;  当桩长达到一定长度后,桩长增加对提高其水平承载力并不显著。

Tests on horizontal bearing performance of single PHC pipe pile and group PHC pipe piles for transmission line

Abstract:Based on the construction of 1 000kV ultra-high voltage alternating current project from Huainan to Nanjing to Shanghai, the typical clay subgrade in Huainan was selected, and the field tests of three single PHC pipe piles with caps and five group PHC pipe piles with arrangements of 2×2 and 3×3 were carried out. The load-displacement curve characteristics of single PHC pipe pile and group PHC pipe piles foundation under the  horizontal forces were analyzed, and the characteristic values of horizontal bearing capacity of foundations were obtained based on test. The horizontal force bearing performance of single PHC pipe pile and group PHC pipe piles were analyzed furtherly. The results show that the load-displacement curves of single PHC pipe pile and group PHC pipe piles under the  horizontal forces are the “gradually variable” change law, and 75% of the horizontal bearing capacity corresponding to the 6mm horizontal displacement can be taken as the characteristic value of horizontal bearing capacity of foundations. Based on the calculation of the characteristic value of horizontal bearing capacity of single pile and group piles foundation, the effect coefficient of group PHC pipe piles is 0.98, and the horizontal bearing performance of group piles foundation is good. The horizontal bearing performance of group PHC pipe piles foundation can be significantly improved by increasing the piles spacing of group piles and enlarging the plane size of pile cap. When the pile length reaches a certain length, the increase of the pile length is not significant to increase its horizontal bearing capacity.
