基于岩土体自身承载力的桩基设计*

[摘要]重庆地区某拟建高层建筑地基土不均匀,主楼与裙房之间高度相差悬殊,传统桩基设计理念是采用端承嵌岩桩,但这易造成建筑产生超出规范限定的蝶形差异沉降,引起结构产生较大的次生应力。基于岩土体自身承载力以及地基土的性质来优化布桩方案,在基岩埋深较大的区域采用摩擦桩;  在基岩埋深浅的区域采用嵌岩桩。通过现场静载荷试验对桩基设计进行了验证。结果表明:调整桩基设计后,建筑差异沉降得到了有效改善,满足规范要求。

Pile foundation design based on self-bearing capacity of rock and soil body

Abstract:The foundation soil of a proposed high-rise building in Chongqing is uneven, and the height difference between the main building and the podium of the building is very large. The traditional design idea of pile foundation was to adopt the end bearing rock- embedded piles, which was easily cause the different settlement of butterfly shape beyond the code limit, resulting in the larger secondary stress of the structure. Based on the self-bearing capacity of the rock and soil body and the properties of the foundation soil, the pile layout scheme was optimized. Friction piles were adopted in areas with large buried depth of base rock, and rock-embedded piles were adopted in areas with shallow buried depth of base rock. The design of the pile foundation was verified by field static load test. The results show that the differential settlement of the building has been effectively improved to meet the requirements of the code after adjusting the design of the pile foundation.
