型钢混凝土构件轴心及偏心受拉性能试验研究*

[摘要]为探究型钢混凝土构件受拉性能,结合结构大厅现有500t压力机,自行研发一套拉压转换装置。对12根型钢混凝土受拉构件进行单调加载试验研究。通过改变型钢腹板厚度、型钢翼缘厚度、配钢率、偏心距以及配筋率等主要参数。对试件的承载力、侧向位移、裂缝的情况进行了参数影响分析。试验结果表明,偏心受拉试件偏心距越大,试件屈服荷载及极限荷载下降情况越明显,且侧向位移及破坏裂缝宽度越大;  在轴心受拉试件中,型钢配钢率及腹板、翼缘厚度对试件的屈服荷载、极限荷载影响明显,对于偏心受拉试件影响不大;  而配筋率对承载力、侧向位移、裂缝宽度影响甚微。

Experimental study on axial and eccentric tensile properties of steel reinforced concrete columns

Abstract:In order to explore the tensile properties of steel reinforced  concrete columns, combined with the existing 500t press in the structure hall, a set of pull-down conversion device was developed. The monotonic loading test of 12 steel reinforced concrete columns was carried out. The main parameters, such as the thickness of the steel web, the thickness of the flange, the steel ratio, the eccentric distance and the ratio of reinforcement, were studied. The parameters of the bearing capacity, lateral deflection and fracture of the specimens were analyzed. The experimental results show that the greater the eccentricity of the slant component, the more obvious the decrease of the yield load and the ultimate load, and the greater the lateral deflection and the crack width. In the axial tension component,  the  steel ratio and the thickness of the web and flange have obvious influence on the yield load and ultimate load, which has little influence on those of the partial tensile components. However, the ratio of reinforcement to bearing capacity, lateral deflection and crack width has little effect.
