天水体育中心游泳馆钢网壳结构施工模拟分析与监测*

[摘要]天水体育中心游泳馆屋盖为钢网壳结构,采用分块吊装和局部顶升相结合的施工工序,整体网壳结构拼装完成之后进行整体卸载。为了研究在施工过程中钢网壳结构的力学性能变化情况以及保证结构在施工过程中的安全,利用MIDAS Gen对结构吊装及顶升过程进行数值模拟分析,并将计算结果作为后期卸载模拟的初始值,采用强制位移法对网壳整体结构的卸载过程进行模拟。根据模拟结果并结合施工方法制定合理的施工监测方案,在现场布设传感器对结构施工过程进行应力应变实时监测,最后将数值模拟结果与现场监测数据进行对比分析。结果表明:模拟分析结果与现场实测数据分析结果总体变化趋势基本吻合,在卸载过程中吊装部分与顶升部分伴随千斤顶的回油,网壳结构的应力状态逐步从施工状态转变为设计使用状态,力学性能变化在合理的设计范围内。

Construction simulation analysis and monitoring of steel reticulated shell structure of  natatorium for Tianshui Sports Center

Abstract:The roof of Tianshui Natatorium is a steel reticulated shell structure, the construction process of block hoisting and local jacking was adopted,  after the whole reticulated shell structure was assembled, the overall unloading was carried out. In order to study the change of mechanical properties of steel reticwlated shell structure during construction and ensure the safety of the structure in the construction process, MIDAS Gen was used to simulate the hoisting and jacking process of the structure, and the calculation results were taken as the initial value of later unloading simulation, and the forced displacement method was used to simulate the unloading process of the whole structure of the reticulated shell. According to the simulation results and combined with the construction method, a reasonable construction monitoring scheme was formulated. Sensors were deployed on site to monitor the stress and strain of the structure in real time during the construction process. Finally, the numerical simulation results were compared with the field monitoring data. The results show that: overall change trends  of the simulation analysis results and the field measured data analysis results are basically consistent, in the unloading process, the hoisting part and the jacking part are accompanied by the oil return of the jack, the stress state of the reticulated shell structure gradually changes from the construction state to the design use state, and the mechanical properties change within the reasonable design range.
