[摘要]基于欧洲CEB-FIP(1990)规范中关于混凝土徐变、干缩效应的规定,对某设置有加强层的超高层建筑考虑施工找平并假定施工顺序,进行了施工模拟分析,主要分析内容包括钢筋混凝土核心筒和外框柱的竖向变形及竖向变形差异,以及变形和变形差异随时间和空间的变化,并研究了长期变形和变形差异对主体结构的影响。根据施工模拟分析结果和变形补偿理论,计算了各层竖向构件的下料预留长度对结构进行变形补偿,以使结构各层楼面标高最终趋向于设计标高。

Construction simulation analysis on a super high-rise building

Abstract:Based on the regulations about concrete creep and shrinkage effects in European standard CEB-FIP (1990), the construction simulation was conducted on a super high-rise building with strengthened stories considering construction level and assuming construction sequence. The main analysis contents included vertical deformation and deformation difference between the reinforced concrete corewall and the outside frame columns, and the changes in deformation and deformation difference with time and space. Further, the effect of the long-term deformation and deformation difference on the main structure was researched. According to the result of the construction simulation analysis and the theory of the deformation compensation, the reserved length of the vertical members of each layer was calculated, in order to make the elevation of each floor of the super high-rise building to eventually tend to design elevation in the end.
