[摘要]森兰国际七、八期工程为一个商业综合体,地下2层,主楼地上17层,建筑高度79.25m。建筑平面为弧形平面,外边缘长度为364.0m,地上结构设置两道结构缝,整体结构拆分为A,B,C三个结构单元。A单元和C单元在5层和13层处退台收进,属于竖向体型收进的复杂高层建筑,此两单元采用混合框架(型钢混凝土柱+钢梁)-核心筒结构体系;B单元为裙房,采用型钢混凝土柱+钢梁结构体系。为了满足建筑净高要求,主楼办公区13m跨梁采用腹板开穿越设备管线的矩形洞口变截面钢梁。基础采用桩筏基础。围绕项目设计过程中的要点及难点进行了论述,对结构体系进行了方案比选,详细论述了关键节点的设计和针对超限高层建筑所采取的抗震加强措施,并对外扩地下室下抗拔桩布置方案进行了比较,优化了筏板设计。

Structural design of a commercial complex in Shanghai

Abstract:Phase 7 and Phase 8 Project of Senlan International is a commercial complex. The main building has 17 floors over ground with height of 79.25m, and it has 2 floors underground. The building plane of the project is an arc-shaped plane with an outer edge length of 364.0m. The ground structure is divided into three structural units of A, B and C by setting two permanent structural joints. Unit A and unit C retreat at the 5th and 13th floors to form indentations, which belong to the complex high-rise building with vertical shape indentation. The mixed frame (steel reinforced concrete column+steel beam)-corewall structural system is adopted in unit A and unit B; unit B is the podium, and the steel reinforced concrete column + steel beam structural system is adopted. In order to meet the requirements of building clear height, the 13m span beam in the office area of the main building adopts the rectangular portal variable cross-section steel beam with web opening for the equipment pipeline. Pile-raft foundation is adopted as the foundation. The key points and difficulties in the process of project design were discussed, the schemes of the structural system were compared and selected, the design of the key joints and the seismic measures of out\|of-code high-rise building were discussed in detail, and the layout schemes of the uplift piles for the external expansion of the basement were compared, and the raft design was optimized.
