南京垂直森林超高层办公楼结构设计

摘 要

[摘要]南京垂直森林办公楼为地上35层、地下3 层的超高层建筑,该建筑上部结构采用框架-核心筒结构体系,其中底部框架柱采用型钢混凝土柱。介绍了该办公楼结构设计方法和过程,包括结构性能设计目标的确定、计算分析等。针对本工程结构的超限情况与垂直森林的特点,采用结构分析软件对结构进行了小震弹性反应谱分析、小震弹性时程分析、中震不屈服验算、中震弹性验算以及大震作用下的动力弹塑性时程分析。计算结果表明,该结构设计安全可靠、经济合理,且垂直森林是可以复制的,为以后类似的工程设计提供了相应的依据和有益的参考。

Structural design of Nanjing vertical forest super high-rise office building

Abstract:Nanjing vertical forest office building is a super high-rise building with 35 floors on the ground and 3 floors underground. The upper part of the structure adopts the frame-core tube structure system,in which the bottom frame column adopts steel reinforced concrete column. The structure design method and process of this office building were discussed,including the confirmation of performance design goals,the calculational analysis and so on. According to the ultra-limit situation and vertical forest characteristic of the structure,structural analysis softwares were used to check the elastic response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquake,the non-yielding check and elasticity check under moderate earthquake,and the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquake. The results show that the structural design is safe, reliable, economical and reasonable, and  vertical forests are replicable. It can provide corresponding basis and useful reference for similar engineering design in the future.
