[摘要]以钢框架结构中常见的柱栓焊混合拼接节点为研究对象。首先研究了拼接节点的变形特征和破坏模式,基于分析结果提出节点初始刚度的计算方法。其次,建立还原工程实际的节点有限元数值模型并对其进行验证;同时,分析了截面尺寸及轴压比对节点初始刚度及变形特征的影响,并根据欧洲EC3规范和美国AISC规范关于连接节点初始刚度的定义及分类,判定钢框架柱栓焊混合拼接节点并非传统意义上的刚性节点。此外,基于腹板厚度对节点初始刚度有着显著影响这一结论,拟合了所采用的节点拼接形式对应的初始刚度简化计算公式,该方法可推广应用于其他拼接尺寸及螺栓布置形式下钢框架柱栓焊混合拼接节点初始刚度的计算。

Calculation and finite element analysis of initial stiffness of steel frame column bolt-weld splice joint

Abstract:The common column bolt-weld splice joint of steel frame structure was taken as the research object. Firstly, the deformation characteristics and failure modes of the splice joint were studied,and the calculation method of initial stiffness of the joint was proposed based on the analysis results. Secondly, the finite element numerical model of joint reproducing engineering practice was established and verified,meanwhile, the influence of section size and axial compression ratio on initial stiffness and deformation characteristics of the joint was analyzed. And according to the definition and classification of joint initial stiffness in Eurocode 3 and AISC specifications, column bolt-weld splice joint of steel frame is not rigid connection in traditional sense. Moreover,based on the conclusion that the thickness of web has a significant influence on the initial stiffness of joint,simplified calculation formula for initial stiffness corresponding to the joint splicing form adopted was fitted,this method can be popularized and applied to the calculation of initial stiffness under other splicing size and bolt arrangement form of column bolt-weld splice joint of steel frame structure.
