硫酸腐蚀下玄武岩纤维掺量对混凝土耐久性能影响研究*

[摘要]为研究玄武岩纤维掺量对混凝土耐久性能的影响规律,将分别含有0%,0.05%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%的纤维掺量混凝土试块(100mm×100mm×100mm)置于pH=3的硫酸溶液中进行腐蚀试验。对各掺量混凝土试块的腐蚀发展情况追踪观察,分析了腐蚀环境中玄武岩纤维混凝土孔隙率及离子浓度的变化规律;同时,对侵蚀后玄武岩混凝土的抗压强度进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:加入0.1%纤维的混凝土耐酸腐蚀性能得到了较大提升,与普通混凝土相比,抗压强度提高40%以上;但过量掺入纤维,反而起到不利作用。

Research on influence of basalt fiber addition on concrete durability under sulfuric acid environment

Abstract:In order to study the influence of basalt fiber addition on durability of concrete, the concrete test block (100mm×100mm×100mm) containing 0%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3% basalt fiber, was respectively put in sulfuric acid solution of pH=3 for immersion corrosion test. The corrosion development of concrete samples with different amount of basalt fiber was followed up and observed, the variation law of porosity and ion concentration of basalt fiber reinforced concrete in corrosion environments were analyzed, and the compressive strength of basalt fiber reinforced concrete after erosion was studied by experiment at the same time. The results of the tests indicate: the acid corrosion resistance of concrete with 0.1% fiber is greatly improved, compared with common concrete, the compressive strength is increased more than 40%, but mixing excessive fiber has adverse effects.
