[摘要]武汉中建·光谷之星属于体型复杂的混合结构,结构平面及竖向布置均不规则,属特别不规则类型结构。工程集混凝土、钢结构、型钢混凝土等多种材料构件为一体,在建筑屋面层通过最大跨度76.5m的连体桁架将G,H,I三个地块塔楼连接为一个整体。介绍了这一项目的结构特点,分析了结构在地震下的响应。结果表明,本工程采用的结构形式安全可靠,本项目通过将桥梁工程中使用的摩擦摆支座用做连体桁架支座,有效地释放了超长连体结构的温度应力。

Structural design and analysis of Optics Valley Star of CCTEB in Wuhan

Abstract:The Optics Valley Star of CCTEB in Wuhan is a complex mixed structure with irregular arrangements in horizontal plane and vertical plane. It is a particularly irregular type structure. Various materials and members are adopted in this project such as concrete, steel and steel-reinforced concrete. On the top floor of the building, the towers of the three plots G, H and I are connected as a whole by connecting steel truss with a span of about 70m. The structural characteristics of this project were introduced, and the response of the structure to earthquakes was analyzed. The results show that the structural form adopted by this project is safe and reliable. In this project, the friction pendulum bearing used in the bridge project is used as a connected truss bearing, which effectively releases the temperature stress of the super-long connected structure.
