沈阳友谊时代广场3#塔楼超限高层结构设计

[摘要]沈阳友谊时代广场3#塔楼结构高度186.70m,为框架-剪力墙结构,属B级超限高层建筑。塔楼结构长宽比达到3.02,高宽比达到6.86,导致结构扭转效应明显,且多处采用了加腋框架梁、宽扁式厚板暗梁、钢板连梁、超短柱等复杂构件,增加了结构设计难度。采用性能化抗震设计理念有针对性地对关键部位采取了相应的加强措施,如控制墙柱轴压比、约束边缘构件上延至墙肢轴压比0.3的楼层、T形墙端部沿全高设置约束边缘构件、增加走道处楼板暗梁板厚及配筋。同时,通过动力弹塑性时程分析考察了整体结构的抗震性能,计算结果表明:该结构的抗震性能均能达到设计的预期目标。

Structural design for 3# tower out\|of\|code high-rise structure of Shenyang Youyi Times Square

Abstract:The 3# tower structure of Shenyang Youyi Times Square has a structural height of 186.70m, which is a frame-shear wall structure and belongs to the B-level out-of-code high-rise building. The ratio of length to width of the structure is 3.02 and the ratio of height to width is 6.86, which results in a significant torsional effect of the structure, and complex structures with axillary frame beams, wide-flat thick plate concealed beams, steel plate connecting beams, ultra-short columns, etc. were utilized, which increase the difficulty of structural design. The performance-based seismic design concept was adopted to take corresponding strengthening measures for key parts, such as controlling the axial compression ratio of the wall and column, restricting the edge member to the floor with the axial compression ratio of 0.3 for the wall, and setting the restricting edge member along the full height of the T-shaped wall, increasing the thickness and reinforcement of the dark beam slab at the floor of the walkway. At the same time, the seismic performance of the whole structure was investigated through dynamic elasto-plastic time history analysis. The calculation results show that the seismic performance of the structure can reach the design target.
