[摘要]针对联想泰伦广场塔楼的复杂建筑需求,分别从施工工艺、造价、材料用量等方面综合考虑,从3种结构方案中比选出了一种相对最优的结构方案,即转换层以下采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,转换层以上采用带钢结构桁架转换的方钢管混凝土框架-核心筒结构。分别从小震、中震、大震等方面进一步分析了结构计算模型的合理性及结构方案的可行性;由于结构的复杂性及特殊性,针对结构分析与设计时转换桁架设置的必要性、塔楼结构整体稳定性、跃层柱的稳定性等重难点问题进行了专项分析论证。结果表明,工程中采用的结构方案达到了预定的性能目标的要求。

Comparison and design of tower structure schemes of Lenovo Taylor Square

Abstract:Aiming at the complex construction needs of the towers of Lenovo Taylor Square, comprehensive considerations were made in terms of construction technology, cost, material consumption, etc., and a relatively optimal structural scheme was selected from the three structural schemes. Reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure was adopted below the conversion layer, and square steel tube concrete frame-core tube structure with steel structure truss conversion was adopted above the conversion layer. The rationality of the structural calculation model and the feasibility of the structural scheme were further analyzed from the aspects of frequent earthquake, moderate earthquake and rare earthquake. Due to the complexity and particularity of the structure, a special analysis and demonstration were conducted on the key issues such as the necessity of the conversion truss setting during structural analysis and design, the overall stability of the tower structure, and the stability of the cross-layer columns. The results show that the structural scheme adopted in the project meets the requirements of the predetermined performance objectives.
