商业开发与地铁车站同期共建深大基坑综合设计技术

[摘要]城市轨道交通因其长期的开发和巨大的客流资源,逐步成为了城市向外扩展延伸、向内改造升级的核心动力。商业开发与地铁车站共建能充分利用轨道交通资源,方便市民生活出行的同时,也大幅提升地下空间开发价值,但在实施过程中也面临着许多需要克服的工程技术难题。结合上海城市核心区商业开发项目与地铁车站同期共建、“零距离”连接的地下综合体工程实践,针对该类基坑工程的若干设计技术难点,包括项目与地铁统筹合建、管线与道路迁改、历史保护建筑下方增设地下室等,提出了分区统筹、管线与道路迁改分离、保护建筑平移逆作等设计技术对策,可为同类工程提供借鉴和参考。

Comprehensive design technology of deep and large excavation of commercial development and metro station co-construction

Abstract:Due to its long-term development and huge passenger flow resources, urban rail transit has gradually become the core driving force for the city′s outward expansion, inward transformation and upgrading. The co-construction of commercial development and metro station can make full use of the convenient resources of urban rail transit, bring convenience to citizens′ life and travel, and greatly enhance the development value of underground space. However, there are many engineering and technical difficulties to be overcome in the construction. Combined the commercial development project in the urban core area of Shanghai with the practice of the underground complex project that co-construction with the metro station at the same time and connected with “zero distance”, in view of several design technical difficulties of this type of foundation pit engineering, including the joint construction of the project and the subway, the relocation of pipelines and roads, the addition of a basement under the historical protection building, etc., the design technical countermeasures such as the regional coordination, the separation of the pipeline and road relocation, and the reverse of the protected building translation were proposed, which provide reference  for similar projects.
