GFRP管型钢再生混凝土组合柱轴压性能试验及数值分析*

[摘要]为研究玻璃纤维(GFRP)管型钢再生混凝土组合柱的轴心受压性能,进行了11根GFRP管型钢再生混凝土组合柱轴压试验研究,重点分析了组合柱的破坏形态和荷载-位移曲线等。在此基础上,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对轴压荷载作用下GFRP管型钢再生混凝土组合柱的受力性能进行有限元分析,确定GFRP管、型钢以及再生混凝土的本构模型,建立组合柱有限元模型,获取该组合柱的破坏形态及应力云图,并验证数值模拟结果的合理性,主要分析设计参数对组合柱轴压性能的影响。结果表明:计算荷载变形曲线与试验结果良好吻合,建立的有限元模型可用于模拟GFRP管型钢再生混凝土组合柱轴压性能。组合柱的轴压承载力随着再生骨料取代率和组合柱长细比的增大而逐渐降低,而随着配钢率和再生混凝土强度的增大而增大;增大配钢率对于提高组合柱的变形能力是有利的;此外,GFRP管型钢再生混凝土组合柱具有承载力高的优势,研究结果可为该新型组合柱的工程应用提供技术支持。

Experimental and numerical analysis on axial compressive behavior of GFRP tube confined steel reinforced recycled concrete composite columns

Abstract:In order to study the axial compressive behavior of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) tube confined steel reinforced recycled concrete composite columns, eleven  GFRP tube confined steel reinforced recycled concrete composite columns were tested under axial compressive loads. The failure pattern and load-displacement curves of the composite columns were analyzed emphatically. On this basis, ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze the mechanical properties of GFRP tube confined steel reinforced recycled concrete composite columns under axial compressive  loads, determine the constitutive model of GFRP tube, steel and recycled concrete, establish the finite element model of composite columns, obtain the failure mode and stress cloud graph of the composite columns, and verify the rationality of the numerical simulation results. The influence of parameters on the axial compression performance of composite columns was analyzed. The results show that the calculated load-deformation curves are in good agreement with the test results, and the finite element model can be used to simulate the axial compression performance of GFRP tube confined steel reinforced recycled concrete composite columns. The axial bearing capacity of composite columns decreases with the increase of recycled aggregate replacement percentage and slenderness ratio of composite columns, but increases with the increase of steel ratio and recycled concrete strength; increasing steel ratio is beneficial to improve the deformation capacity of composite columns; in addition, GFRP tube confined steel reinforced recycled concrete composite columns have the advantage of high bearing capacity, and the research results can provide technical support for the engineering application of the new composite column.
