低温养护粉煤灰混凝土棱柱抗压性能的试验研究

[摘要]通过寒冷季节制作的粉煤灰混凝土棱柱试件的轴心受压试验,考察了冬季施工的养护温度以及棱柱尺寸对粉煤灰混凝土棱柱受压性能的相互影响,对比了外掺粉煤灰混凝土与基准混凝土的力学性质。试验结果表明,严寒环境下低温养护对混凝土抗压强度和弹性模量的发展有不利影响;外掺粉煤灰则有利于低温养护条件下混凝土的抗压强度增长;混凝土的轴心抗压强度、弹性模量和峰值割线模量均随试件尺寸的增加而增加,这表明在寒冷季节浇筑混凝土时,一定试件尺寸有利于试件保温,对混凝土强度发展有利。

Experimental study on compressive properties of fly ash concrete prism under  low temperature curing

Abstract:Through the axial compression experimental of the fly ash concrete prism specimens produced in the cold season, the mutual influence of the winter construction curing temperature and the prism size on the compressive performance of the fly ash concrete prism was investigated, and the mechanical properties of the mixed fly ash concrete were compared with the mechanical properties of the benchmark concrete. The experimental results show that low temperature curing under severe cold environment has an adverse effect on the development of compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete; the addition of fly ash is conducive to the growth of compressive strength of concrete under low temperature curing conditions; the axial compressive strength, elastic modulus and peak secant modulus of concrete all increase with the increase of the size of the piece, which shows that a certain size of the piece is conducive to the insulation of the piece and is beneficial to the development of strength of concrete when concrete is poured in the cold season.
