某现浇混凝土楼板裂缝检测评定与加固

[摘要]以某现浇混凝土结构在封顶不久后即出现楼板裂缝问题为背景,介绍了楼板裂缝的检测过程和方法,并对各检测参数结果进行了科学甄别,然后利用检测有效参数分析了影响裂缝产生的因素。提出了开裂楼板各类型裂缝的相应处理方法,并结合裂缝成因和承载力现状对结构采取综合加固方式。通过对该工程的现场检测、数据分析、原因评定与处理加固等的系统诊治,为今后工程上科学检测、评价和处理类似的楼板裂缝问题提供参考依据。

Detection assessment and reinforcement of cast-in-place concrete floor cracks

Abstract:Based on the problem of floor cracks in a cast-in-place concrete structure shortly after roof structural capping, the detection process and method of floor cracks were introduced, and the results of each test parameter were scientifically discriminated, and then the factors affecting the crack generation were analyzed by using the effective parameters of the test. Corresponding treatment methods were put forward for various types of cracks in cracked floor slabs, and the comprehensive reinforcement method was adopted for the structure combined with the causes of cracks and the present situation of bearing capacity. Through the systematic diagnosis and treatment of on-site inspection, data analysis, cause assessment and treatment reinforcement of the project, it provided a reference for scientific detection, assessment and treatment of similar floor crack problems in the future.
