高强钢筋受弯构件裂缝宽度计算参数分析与试验研究

[摘要]通过600MPa级热轧带肋高强钢筋混凝土受弯构件试验,对GB 50010—2010中关于混凝土受弯构件裂缝宽度计算的相关参数提出修正建议。经分析,建议短期裂缝宽度的扩大系数τs取为1.58,反映裂缝间混凝土伸长对裂缝宽度影响的系数αc取为0.73,在计算受弯构件裂缝间纵向受拉钢筋应变不均匀系数时,参数ω1取为1。根据试验结果提出了裂缝宽度的修正建议,修正后的裂缝宽度计算公式不仅具有95%保证率,且与实测值的吻合度优于中、美、欧规范中的裂缝宽度计算公式。

Parameter analysis and experimental study on crack width of flexural members with high-strength steel bars

Abstract:Based on the test of 600MPa hot rolled ribbed high-strength reinforced concrete flexural members, some correction suggestions were put forward for the relevant parameters in GB 50010—2010 on the calculation of crack width of concrete flexural members. After analysis, it is suggested that the expansion coefficient τs of short-term crack width is 1-58, the coefficient αc reflecting the influence of concrete elongation between cracks on crack width is 0.73, and the parameter ω1 is 1 when calculating the strain nonuniformity coefficient of longitudinal tensile reinforcement between cracks of flexural members. According to the test results, the crack width formula was modified. The modified crack width formula not only has 95% assurance rate, but also has better agreement with the measured value than the crack width formula in Chinese, American and European codes.
