预应力混凝土双T板端部连接方式综述与发展*

[摘要]按全截面连接、带企口连接、借助悬挑预埋部件连接梳理国内外预应力混凝土双T板端部连接方式的各种构造和研究进展,分析了各连接方式的特点及优缺点。在此基础上提出了一种新型钢质企口连接方式,对其特点及设计要点、受力性能进行了分析,并对工程应用的相关问题进行了探索。新型钢质企口连接的传力路径明确、设计及施工便捷,可为预应力混凝土双T板的推广应用提供有力保证。

Summary and development about end connection mode of prestressed concrete double tees

Abstract:According to the full cross-section connection and dapped end connection, with overhanging embedded components connection, the various structures and research progress about the end connection mode of prestressed concrete double tees at home and abroad were reviewed, and the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of each connection mode were analyzed. On this basis, a new  steel dapped end connection  mode was proposed, its features, design points and mechanical properties were analyzed, and related issues of engineering application were explored. The structure with new steel dapped end connection has clear transmission path, convenient design and construction, which can provide strong guarantee for the popularization and application of prestressed concrete double tees.
