T形RC墙约束边缘构件设计方法的试验研究*

[摘要]进行了4个大尺寸钢筋混凝土T形墙试件(TSW1~TSW4)在恒定轴压力和平行于腹板方向的往复水平力作用下的拟静力试验,对比分析约束边缘构件的不同设计方法,研究T形墙抗震性能。所有试件剪跨比均为2.5,设计轴压比均为0.4。结果表明,所有T形墙试件均发生腹板自由端部混凝土压溃的压弯破坏,而翼缘损伤轻微;规程JGJ 3—2010正截面承载力计算方法和XTRACT截面分析均能准确计算T形墙的压弯承载力;按规范GB 50011—2010设计的试件TSW1在位移角超过1%后,腹板自由端受压方向承载力迅速下降,延性差;仅增加腹板自由端约束边缘构件的长度(即试件TSW3),不能显著改善T形墙延性;按照改进方法设计边缘构件的试件TSW4的延性和抗震性能显著提高,变形能力与按美国规范ACI 318-14设计的试件TSW2相近,极限位移角均超过2%。最后根据试验分析,提出了T形墙约束边缘构件的设计建议。

Experimental study on design methods of special boundary elements of T-shaped RC walls

Abstract:Quasi-static tests were conducted on four large-scale T-shaped reinforced concrete (RC) wall specimens(TSW1~TSW4) subjected to axial compressive force and lateral cyclic loading parallel to the wall web. Various design methods on the special boundary elements of T-shaped walls were compared, and the seismic behavior of T-shaped walls was investigated. All specimens had a shear-to-span ratio of 2.5, and designed axial force ratio of 0.4. The results show that all specimens failed in flexural mode, characterized by crushing of concrete at the free end of wall web, and only slight damage occurred at the flange end. Both the flexural strength calculation method specified in JGJ 3—2010 and XTRACT cross-sectional analysis provide accurate estimates of flexural strength of the wall specimens. Specimen TSW1 that was designed per the GB 50011—2010 provisions showed inadequate ductility with sudden strength drop after 1% drift in the flange-in-tension loading direction. Specimen TSW3 in which only the extent of special boundary element at the free end of the web was increased did not show higher ductility relative to specimen TSW1. Specimen TSW4 designed by an improved method, exhibited improved seismic performance and ductility, and had similar deformation capacity as specimen TSW2 designed by American specification ACI 318-14, with the ultimate drift larger than 2%. Based on the experimental tests and analysis, the recommendations were proposed for design of the special boundary elements of T-shaped walls.
