超限高层建筑结构抗震分析与设计探讨

[摘要]简述并整理了在分析超限高层建筑结构抗震性能中常用的分析方法与设计流程。主要从高层建筑结构的主要超限判定指标、抗震性能目标设定、分析手段与结构优化加强措施等几方面进行探讨。并以一实际超限高层建筑为例,对其抗震性能分析的要点进行了总结和梳理,该工程具有一定的典型性,其分析流程可供类似超限工程参考。

Discussion on seismic analysis and design of out-of-code tall building structure

Abstract:The common analysis methods and design process of out-of-code tall building structure were briefly described and summarized. Several main aspects were discussed, such as the main criteria of out-of-code tall building structure, seismic performance target settings, analysis process and structural strengthening and optimizing measures. By taking an out-of-code tall building structure as an example, the main points of its seismic performance analysis were summarized and sorted out. The project had certain typicality, and its analysis process could be used as a reference for similar out-of-code projects.
