上海国家会展中心B1展厅屋盖结构设计

[摘要]海国家会展中心B1展厅为超大体量单体建筑,屋盖结构采用大跨度倒三角圆形钢管桁架结构体系。屋盖桁架单榀长度约341m,跨度为108m+45m+108m三跨连续,且桁架两端对称悬挑,最大悬挑长度约40m,每榀桁架间距18m。为降低温度作用,简化结构布置、降低分析难度,屋盖结构划分为三个结构单元;此外,桁架结构中间两支座采用抗震球铰支座,端部两支座采用弹性钢支座。着重介绍了本项目的桁架设计思路、支撑体系的优化设计、抗风设计等关键技术要点及其措施,并进行了弹性分析、动力弹塑性分析、稳定性分析以及节点有限元分析等多方面分析与研究工作。分析结果表明,通过合理划分结构单元、合理布置屋面支撑系统等策略可有效解决超大体量建筑带来的系列难点。

Structural design of roof in exhibition hall B1 of National Exhibition and Convention Center  in Shanghai

Abstract:The exhibition hall B1 of National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai is a super large single building and the roof structure adopts a large-span inverted triangle circular steel tube truss structural system. The single roof truss is about 341m long, with three continuous spans of 108m + 45m + 108m, and the two ends of the truss are symmetrically cantilevered. The maximum cantilevered length is about 40m, and the spacing between each truss is 18m. In order to reduce the effect of temperature, the structure layout was simplified to reduce the difficulty of analysis, and the roof structure was divided into three structural units; in addition, two bearings in the middle of truss structure adopted seismic spherical hinge bearings, and two bearings at the end adopted elastic steel bearings. The key technical points and measures were emphatically introduced including truss design ideas, optimization design of supporting system, wind resistance design in this project. The elastic analysis, dynamic elastic-plastic analysis, stability analysis and joint finite element analysis were carried out. The analysis results show that the series of difficulties brought by super large building can be effectively solved by the strategy of reasonable division of structural units and reasonable arrangement of roof support system.
