[摘要]针对某在建短肢剪力墙结构住宅倾斜情况进行了检测和分析,在确定基础不再发生不均匀沉降的前提下,制定了在地下一层切断剪力墙、绕旋转轴顶升纠倾和连接的纠倾方案,顶升力由采用统一供油和控制系统的液压千斤顶承担,比抬升基础的顶升力减小了30%,旋转轴墙体用于承担全部水平荷载作用,安全储备高;方案不扰动地基土持力层,地基的附加应力和变形小。该工程主体结构已施工完毕,地下一层剪力墙处于高应力作用下,设计了一套完整的高应力作用下顶升剪力墙的装置,包括夹持钢梁、对穿抗剪螺栓、斜撑等,有效传递了剪力墙较大的竖向压力,保证了纠倾期间结构稳定性,纠倾效果良好。还提出了顶升期间建筑物的监测要点,以及施工期间结构安全预警值和施工结束标志,充分保证了顶升期间结构安全。

Application of shear wall jacking technology in house inclination rectification

Abstract:Based on the detection and analysis of the inclination of a short-limb shear wall structure residence under construction, and on the premise that the foundation no longer has uneven settlement, an inclination rectification scheme was formulated by cutting off the shear wall in the first floor of the underground, lifting and rectification the inclination around the axis of rotation. The lifting force was borne by the hydraulic jack with unified oil supply and control system, which was 30% less than the lifting force in the jacking the foundation. The axis of rotation wall was used to bear all horizontal loads, with high safety reserve; the scheme did not disturb the bearing layer of the foundation soil, and the additional stress and deformation of the foundation were small. The main structure of the project was completed. The shear wall on the first floor of the underground was under the action of high stress. A complete set of devices for jacking the shear wall under the action of high stress was designed, including clamping steel beams, cross-through shear bolts and diagonal braces, which effectively transferred the greater vertical pressure of the shear wall, ensured the stability of the structure during the rectification period, and the inclination rectification effect was good. The monitoring points of the building during the jacking period were put forward, as well as the structural safety warning value and the construction end sign during the construction period, which fully guaranteed the structural safety during the jacking period.
