某大型场馆异形幕墙系统施工技术

[摘要]针对采用传统的平面测量和空间定位方法对造型复杂、异形曲面多的建筑幕墙定位和放样复杂、困难的问题,以成都大魔方演艺中心幕墙系统轴线放样和幕墙安装过程为背景,首先提出了双层控制网、轴网法向线的测量放样方法,采用该方法在不降低精度的同时大大简化了此类建筑幕墙测量和定位的时间和工序;其次提出了采用“模具辅助测量、平尺辅助安装”的工装系统对幕墙进行安装,提高了安装精度,缩短了安装时间。所提的系列方案极其适用于具有曲面外观的建筑测量放样和异形幕墙系统的安装,可为类似工程幕墙系统的定位和安装提供一定的参考。

Construction technologies of special-shaped curtain wall system in a large venues

Abstract:It is complex and difficult to locate and set out this kind of building curtain wall by using the traditional plane measurement and spatial positioning methods. In view of the above problems, the curtain wall system axis setting-out and curtain wall installation process of Chengdu Large Magic Cube Performing Arts Center was taken as the background,  and the measurement method of double-layer control network and grid normal line were put forward, which greatly simplified the time and process of measurement and positioning of this kind of building curtain wall without reducing the accuracy. The installation method of “mold auxiliary measurement and flat ruler auxiliary installation” was proposed for the curtain wall to improve the installation accuracy and shorten the installation time. The proposed series of schemes are very suitable for building measurement and setting-out of curtain walls with curved surface appearance and installation of special-shaped curtain wall system, providing certain basis for the positioning and installation of similar engineering curtain wall system.
