[摘要]针对目前装配式混凝土结构的浆锚搭接灌浆饱满度缺乏有效的无损检测技术问题,应用基于便携式X射线的无损检测方法测试单筋和钢筋集中束浆锚搭接节点灌浆质量。介绍了便携式X射线技术检测混凝土结构缺陷的原理及方法。详细阐述了便携式X射线技术检测设有大、小直径波纹管的多种工况混凝土试件的测试结果。通过对X射线成像的分析,得出便携式X射线技术可准确判断波纹管内灌浆饱满度、识别波纹管内预埋钢筋的结论,并通过工程应用实例验证。

Research on in-situ inspection technology for grout-filled pipe splices grouting quality of prefabricated concrete structure based on portable X-ray

Abstract:In view of the lack of effective non-destructive testing technology for the grout-filled pipe splice grouting fullness of prefabricated concrete structures, a non-destructive testing method based on portable X-ray was used to test the grouting quality of single-reinforced and reinforced concentrated beam-grouted anchor-jointed nodes. The principle and method of portable X-ray technology to detect concrete structure defects were introduced. The test results of portable X-ray technology for concrete specimens with large and small diameter corrugated pipes under various working conditions were described in detail. Through the analysis of X-ray imaging, it is concluded that the portable X-ray technology can accurately determine the grouting fullness in the joints and identify the embedded steel bars in the joints.
