[摘要]灌浆套筒的施工质量是保证装配式混凝土结构质量安全的关键点之一。对套筒施工质量的主要问题进行了分析,阐述了X射线数字成像技术的检测原理。设计制作了一个钢筋混凝土剪力墙试件,试件内埋了3个全灌浆套筒和3个半灌浆套筒,并人工设置了灌浆的饱满度,分别为全满、半空和全空,采用X射线数字成像技术无损现场检测剪力墙试件内灌浆套筒施工质量;通过增加两片厚度为70mm的钢筋混凝土墙板,分析了钢筋混凝土厚度对于检测结果的影响。通过对比试验验证了X射线数字成像技术的准确性。基于试验结果,采用X射线数字成像技术对实际工程中的200mm厚钢筋混凝土内部的灌浆套筒进行检测,结果证明此技术为更好地控制装配式混凝土结构施工质量提供了一种便捷有效的途径。

Experimental study on construction quality of grouting sleeve detected by X-ray digital radiography technology

Abstract:The construction quality of the grouting sleeve is one of the key points to ensure the quality and safety of prefabricated concrete structures. The main problems of sleeve construction quality were analyzed, and the detection principle of X-ray digital radiography technology was explained. A test piece of reinforced concrete shear wall was designed and manufactured. Three full-grouting sleeves and three half-grouting sleeves were embedded in the test piece, and the fullness of grouting was set manually, including three levels of full, half-empty, and full-empty. X-ray digital radiography technology was used to non-destructively detect the construction quality of grouting sleeves in shear wall specimens. By adding two pieces of reinforced concrete wall plates with a thickness of 70mm, the influence of reinforced concrete thickness on the test results was analyzed. The accuracy of X-ray digital radiography technology was verified through comparative experiments. Based on the test results, X-ray digital radiography technology was used to test the grouting sleeve inside the 200mm thick reinforced concrete in actual engineering. The results prove that X-ray digital radiography technology provides a convenient and effective way to better control the construction quality of prefabricated concrete structures.
