装配式建筑套筒灌浆料实体强度检验试验研究*

[摘要]为了完善实际工程中对装配式建筑套筒灌浆料强度的检验,选用了国内五种不同型号的套筒灌浆料,在不同水料比下分别设计制作了实际工况下养护的35个高径比1∶1的圆柱体小芯样和9个标准试件进行抗压强度试验。经统计分析,小芯样试件抗压强度值均基本服从正态分布。根据水料比的变化,线性拟合出两种试件抗压强度关系曲线,并建立了实际工况下小芯样试件和标准试件抗压强度换算公式。为验证公式可靠性,另取三家灌浆料数据对其检验,结果表明灌浆料抗压强度公式计算值与试验值接近,公式匹配度良好,可为工程中检测装配式建筑套筒灌浆料实体强度提供参考。

Experimental study on physical strength test of fabricated building sleeve grouting materials

Abstract:In order to improve the inspection of the strength of the prefabricated building sleeve grout in the actual project, five different types of sleeve grouting materials were selected in China, and 35 cylinder core samples with a height-to-diameter ratio of 1∶1 and nine standard specimens were designed and manufactured in actual working conditions under different water-to-material ratios for compressive strength tests. According to statistical analysis, the compressive strength values of core specimens are basically obeyed by normal distribution. According to the change of water-to-material ratio, the relationship between the compressive strength of the two specimens was linearly fitted, and the fitting formula of the compressive strength of the small core specimen and the standard specimen under actual working conditions was obtained. In order to explain the reliability of the formula, the other three grouting data were used to test. The results show that the calculated value of the grouting compressive strength formula is close to the experimental value. The formula matching degree is good. It can provide a reference for testing the solid strength of prefabricated construction sleeve grouting in engineering.
