普通螺栓镀锌前后抗拉承载力及扭矩系数测试*

[摘要]普通螺栓连接是我国现阶段输电线路钢结构中一种常用连接方式。由于所处的环境要求,都会采用防腐措施对螺栓进行保护。普通螺栓经过热浸镀锌后,其抗拉承载力和扭矩系数都会发生变化。为考察上述的变化情况,对不同厂家、不同等级、不同规格、镀锌前后普通螺栓的抗拉承载力和扭矩系数进行测试,并对结果进行分析。分析结果表明:镀锌后螺栓的抗拉承载力会有一定程度地降低,扭矩系数的平均值和标准差均有一定程度地增加,随着螺栓规格的提高,扭矩系数和标准差呈下降趋势。

Testing of tensile bearing capacity and torque coefficient of plain bolts before and after galvanizing

Abstract:Plain bolts connection is a common connection method in the steel structure of transmission lines in China at this stage. Due to environmental requirements, bolts are protected by anti-corrosion measures. After the plain bolts are hot dip galvanized, their tensile bearing capacity and torque coefficient will change. In order to investigate the above changes, the tensile strength and torque coefficient of common bolts of different manufacturers, different grades, different specifications, before and after galvanizing were tested, and the results were analyzed. The analysis results show that after galvanizing, the tensile bearing capacity of the bolt will be reduced to a certain extent, and the average value and standard deviation of the torque coefficient will increase to a certain extent. As the specification of the bolt increases, the torque coefficient and the standard deviation show a downward trend.
