直接剪切型锚栓群锚剪切性能试验研究

摘 要

[摘要]全螺纹锚栓与半螺纹锚栓单锚剪切试验结果表明,半螺纹锚栓的剪切刚度明显高于全螺纹锚栓,对于可判定为只承担剪力的锚栓,建议采用半螺纹锚栓。直接剪切型锚栓群锚、普通安装半螺纹群锚和普通安装全螺纹群锚的剪切试验结果表明,直接剪切型锚栓群锚剪切刚度显著高于对应的普通安装半螺纹群锚和普通安装全螺纹群锚,在用于固定加固钢板对混凝土构件进行承载力加固时,有利于保证加固钢板与被加固构件之间的协同受力。

Experimental study on shear performance of direct-shear anchor group

Abstract:The shear test results of single full-screw bonded anchors (FSBAs) and half-screw bonded anchors (HSBAs) show that the shear stiffness of the HSBAs is significantly higher than that of the FSBAs. For the anchor bolt that can be judged as bearing direct shear, HSBAs is recommended. The shear test results of direct-shear type anchor bolt group, HSBAs and FSBAs show that the shear rigidity of direct shear type anchor bolt group is significantly higher than that of the corresponding HSBAs and FSBAs. When used to fix the steel plate to strengthen the bearing capacity of concrete components, it is conducive to ensure the mechanical compatibility between steel plate and the member to be strengthened.
