日照海韵广场1#塔楼超高层结构抗震设计

[摘要]日照海韵广场1#塔楼结构大屋面高度369m,建筑塔冠标高390m,地下4层,地上86层,属于高度超限的超高层建筑。结构采用圆钢管混凝土框架柱+钢梁-钢筋混凝土核心筒+带伸臂桁架加强层的结构体系。核心筒在77层开始局部收进,塔楼存在局部楼板不连续、刚度突变、承载力突变、跃层柱、高度超限、设置加强层等六项不规则项目。针对不规则项目并结合多次与全国超限审查委员会专家的沟通意见,确定了各构件的抗震性能目标,根据抗震性能目标分别进行了框架承担地震剪力的验算、核心筒收进处墙体的平面外验算、风荷载作用下舒适度验算。结果表明,结构能够满足竖向荷载和风荷载作用下的有关指标,抗震性能能够达到设定的性能目标。

Structural seismic design of  an out-of-code super high-rise building of tower 1# for Rizhao Haiyun Plaza

Abstract:Tower 1# for Rizhao Haiyun Plaza has the large roof structural height of 369m and the building tower crown height of 390m. There are 4 floors underground, and 86 floors above ground. It belongs to a super high-rise out-of-code building. The structure adopts the structural system of round steel tube concrete frame column + steel beam-reinforced concrete corewall + strengthened story with outrigger truss. The corewall is partially indented on the 77th floor. There are six irregular items in the tower, such as local slab discontinuity, sudden stiffness, sudden change in bearing capacity, jump column, height overrun, and strengthened story. Aiming at irregular projects and combining with the opinions of experts from the National Overrun Review Committee for several times, the seismic performance targets of each component were determined. According to the seismic performance targets, the calculation of the seismic shear force undertaken by the frame and the out-of-plane calculation of the indentation wall of the corewall section and comfort calculation under wind load. The results show that the structure can meet the relevant indexes under the action of vertical load and wind load, and the seismic performance can reach the set performance target.
