新型结构体系在深业上城高塔中的应用

[摘要]深业上城高塔总高度388m,在8个巨柱和核心筒间每层设置刚性连接的型钢混凝土连接梁取代加强层伸臂桁架,是由带状桁架+周边平行双抗弯钢框架梁+型钢混凝土连接梁+巨型框架+核心筒形成的新型结构体系,能有效抵抗由地震作用和风荷载产生的巨大侧向力。设计采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,通过模拟地震振动台试验验证不同地震水准的结构性能及构件损伤情况,并根据分析及试验结果采取适当的构造加强措施,使得结构整体及各构件的抗震性能均可达到预期的抗震性能目标。该结构体系可为建筑高度300m以上的同类超高层建筑避免设置伸臂桁架提供参考。

Application of new structural system of Shum Yip Upperhills tower one

Abstract:The total height of the tower one of Shum Yip Upperhills is 388m. Rigid connection of steel reinforced concrete coupling beams are installed between each of the 8 mega columns and the corewall to replace the reinforced layer outriggers. The new structural system formed by belt trusses + peripheral parallel double-bending-resistance steel frame beams + steel reinforced concrete coupling beams + giant frames + corewall can effectively resist the huge lateral forces caused by earthquake actions and wind loads. A performance-based seismic design method was adopted. The structure performance and component damage under different seismic levels were verified by shaking table tests, and appropriate structural strengthening measures were taken based on the analysis and test results to make the seismic performance of the overall structure and each component can achieve the expected seismic performance goals. This structural system can provide a reference for similar super high-rise buildings with the building height of more than 300m to avoid setting up outriggers.
